The Immigration and Naturalisation Service of the Netherlands has developed an entry procedure specifically aimed at highly skilled ‘knowledge’ migrants. The ruling allows non-EU highly skilled employees to work in the Netherlands under a special residence permit rather than a work permit.

Access Financial has acquired, since November 2009, the Knowledge Migrant Ruling (KMR) License for the Netherlands and is therefore entitled to apply for a fast-track entry procedure for its consultants.

This can lead to extra costs with social security and other contributions having to be paid by the client. This will not occur when Access Financial leases employees to a company since these will be employed directly through our company under AUG License terms.
