Compliance
Compliance means conforming to a specification or policy, standard or law that has been clearly defined.
In a management company's case, it therefore entails respecting regulations of the country in which the contractor is being sent for work.
With the tightening of tax, social security and employment regulations, recruitment agencies now work under even more pressure to ensure that the contractors they supply are fully compliant with the local regulations of their work country. This is of primary importance for the staffing supplier in terms of liability for their clients or indeed for themselves.
