Employed European Solution

For contractors from the European Union and European Economic Area, wishing to work in these Member States, Access Financial has developed a unique employment solution which can be applied to any work assignment these contractors may have. The solution relies on the legitimate use of Double Taxation Agreements (DTAs), Social Security Conventions and approved pension schemes to offer contractors the following benefits:

  • Aimed at individuals from the EU and EEA Member States. This is not possible for nationals of the work country (i.e. German in Germany, but there could be some exceptions).

  • Highest income retention legally possible in EU/EEA Member States. 20% - 30% higher than other employment solutions.

  • By contributing to a Provident Fund, a portion of the contractor’s income may be exempt from taxation.
    The Provident Fund offers the contractor the possibility of saving for retirement.

  • The employment solution does not rely on dubious offshore trusts nor on non-disclosure of income and is thus fully transparent and compliant.
