Employed (Local Payroll)
Payroll administration takes care of the diverse administrative formalities of employment, such as taxation of individuals, social security contributions and pensions plans. We provide advice, appropriate solutions and structure to handle all contracting related matters.
This includes:
- Monthly payments.
- Payslips showing all required contributions have been made.
How does it work?
- We employ the contractor through an Access Financial company. We sign an employment contract with the contractor who will then have all the benefits of being employed without the burden of administration.
- We help obtain a work permit for the contractor (where possible).
- We can arrange Health Insurance cover for the contractor at a cost, depending on his/her personal situation.
