Step by step guide
- The agency recruits the most suitable candidate for the job. The agency calls Access Financial and transfers all the contractor's details to us.
- We consult with the contractor to explain the solution which we can offer. We will explain to the contractor the benefits associated with being employed through Access Financial whilst answering any questions which he/she may have. We will provide all explanations to show the contractor that all the requirements of contracting in the work country (compliance, legality and maximum retention) are met. We will then prepare a calculation for the contractor to illustrate the final retention rate that he/she can expect from the contract.
- We will inform the agency when the contractor has accepted our offer so it can forward the contract to us.
- We mirror the agency's contract and send it to the contractor.
- Access Financial invoices the agency and pays the contractor for the duration of their contract.
